Creating your custom piece usually takes 3–5 weeks, depending on the design and stone availability.

At Carat Stone, we understand how much you value every jewelry piece you order, which is why we take great care in ensuring every detail is refined to perfection. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to capture your personal style and story, making it truly one of a kind.

And because we know that time is precious, we always do our best to deliver earlier than promised—without ever compromising quality.

For Stones (Lab-Grown Diamonds)
We are dedicated to authenticity and brilliance. Every lab-grown diamond is carefully selected to meet the highest standards and is IGI Certified, with a unique report number engraved on the stone. Your piece will come with its IGI Certificate as proof of authenticity.

For select finished jewelry pieces that are not IGI certified, we provide a Store Certificate (upon request), detailing the specifications and characteristics of your jewelry—so you always know the value and quality of your Carat Stone piece.

For Finished Jewelry
Our warranty includes free lifetime labor for minor repairs and complimentary cleaning. Please note that shipping costs will be shouldered by the client, and additional charges will apply for materials such as replating or resizing.

All Carat Stone jewelry is guaranteed free from defects; however, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer-caused damage.

Please be advised that missing stones are not covered under the warranty, as all stones undergo durability and stress tests before delivery.

Examples of issues not covered by the free service include:
❌Discoloration of metals caused by chemicals.
❌Prongs loosening or bending over time due to daily wear, which may result in a stone becoming dislodged.
❌Gemstone loss due to accidents or improper handling.
